RETURN & REFUND POLICY — CALLITCASH

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through CALLITCASH are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases of verified shipping carrier error.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our products and our made‑to‑order production process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of preference

  • Accidental orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing our sizing chart and product details before purchasing.


Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted. All orders are final once submitted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received an incorrect item or a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be honored.

If the issue is confirmed to be a shipping carrier error, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS. Refunds or replacements are only considered when the carrier verifies the error.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

CALLITCASH is not responsible for packages once they are handed over to USPS. This includes:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed packages

  • Packages stuck in transit

  • Delivery errors caused by USPS or the customer

All delivery‑related claims must be filed directly with USPS Customer Service.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

CALLITCASH is not liable for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned due to address issues

If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, the customer is financially responsible for all additional shipping costs.


Returned Packages

If USPS or UPS returns your package to our facility for any reason (including failed delivery attempts or incorrect address), you must pay the additional reshipping fee before the order can be resent.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing USPS tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates.

This policy clearly states:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or exchanges

  • No cancellations after processing

  • Customer is responsible for address accuracy

  • CALLITCASH is not liable once USPS receives the package

  • Delivery issues must be handled with USPS directly
