CALLITCASH STORE POLICIES (Customer‑Protection Optimized)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through CALLITCASH are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases of verified shipping carrier error.


ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Domestic (U.S.) Orders

  • Standard processing and shipping time: 1–3 weeks.

  • Ready‑to‑ship items: 1–3 days for dispatch.

  • Many products are made to order to reduce waste and support eco‑friendly production.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information.

International Orders

  • Processing and dispatch: 2–6 weeks, depending on the item.

  • Delivery time after dispatch: up to 12 business days, depending on your local postal service.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once a package is handed over to USPS, CALLITCASH is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed packages

  • Packages stuck in transit

  • Delivery errors caused by USPS or the customer

All claims regarding delivery issues must be made directly with USPS Customer Service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the delivery location on the expected delivery date.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers must ensure their shipping address is complete and correct, including apartment/unit numbers. CALLITCASH is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is financially responsible for all additional shipping costs.


CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Orders will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel, modify, or adjust the shipment.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates.


EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot process size exchanges. Customers should review our sizing chart before purchasing.

Exchanges or refunds are only considered if there is a verified shipping carrier error.

This protects you in Shopify disputes, PayPal claims, and bank chargebacks because your policies are explicit, consistent, and publicly posted.
